Every project is generally made up of three components. The mix varies depending on complexity, but you will always see each one broken out clearly in your quote.

Hardware

The physical screens, stands and peripherals that make up your deployment.

Hardware costs depend on what you need and how many you need. A single wall-mounted screen for a medical centre lobby is a very different scope to ten floor-standing kiosks across a shopping centre. We source commercial-grade displays and enclosures from trusted suppliers and include everything required for your environment.

Software

The cloud platform, modules and ongoing services that power your screens.

Software pricing is based on the number of screens you operate and the functionality you need. A basic content slideshow uses less platform resource than a live bed management dashboard pulling data from hospital systems. We offer flexible licensing so you only pay for what you use, and you can add modules as your needs grow.

Number of screensEach active screen is licensed on our cloud platform. Volume pricing applies for larger deployments.
Product typeA simple poster slideshow is priced differently to an interactive kiosk with wayfinding and live data feeds.
Modules and add-onsRoster sync, queue management, analytics, scheduling, feedback forms, and other modules are priced individually.
API and third-party servicesIf your project requires integration with external APIs or third-party data services, any associated costs are included in the quote.

Professional Services

The design, build, integration and support work that brings your project to life.

This is where the custom work happens. Professional services cover everything from the initial interface design through to system integrations, testing and handover. The scope depends on how complex your project is. A standard deployment with a pre-built template takes less time than a fully bespoke interface with custom integrations. Either way, you see exactly what is included before you commit.
